WebFaz is run by Marcelo Amantino, who reads and answers messages personally. The channel is the email webfaz.contato@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few business days.

What you can write about

• Error in a tool: say which tool, what you did, what you expected and what happened. Include the browser and the device. Do not send personal documents.
• Suggestion: a new tool or a missing feature. Suggestions guide what comes next.
• Personal data (LGPD): a request for access, correction or deletion. See what we process in the Privacy Policy.
• Copyright and reports: if something on the site violates a right of yours, give the address of the page and explain why.
• Ads: to complain about a specific ad, note what appeared and on which page.
