A subject like “I would like a quote” already filled in makes it easy for the customer.

Suggestions or reports channel

A QR Code on a notice board or receipt leads to the right email.

Tips for a good result

  • Short, direct subjects make the code less dense.
  • Test with the email app your customers use most.

What this tool does not do

  • If the phone has no email app set up, scanning cannot open the message.
  • It is static: changing the recipient requires a new code.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add a copy (CC)?
No. The generator fills in recipient, subject and message.
Can the message text be long?
It can, but the longer it is, the denser the code. Prefer short messages.
