How to do it, step by step
- Type the Pix key (tax ID, email, phone or random key): the app validates and fixes the format.
- Enter the payee’s name and the city.
- If you want, fill in the amount and the description.
- Customize, download and test by paying a small amount with your bank’s app.
When this is useful
Shop counter, fair and food truck
A printed QR Code receives payments all day, without a card machine.
Fixed-amount charge
A monthly fee or registration fee with the amount and description filled in.
Donations and fundraisers
Leave the amount blank for the payer to choose how much to donate.
Tips for a good result
- Test with a small amount before printing in large quantity.
- If the amount is fixed, generate one code for each price.
- Check the name and city: they appear in the payment confirmation in the bank app.
What this tool does not do
- The code is static: it does not identify who paid or reconcile payments on its own. For that, use your bank’s billing.
- If you change the Pix key, the printed code is no longer valid.
- Use only data that is yours: the code gives the right to receive into the key’s account.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the static Pix QR Code expire?
- No. It stays valid as long as the key exists.
- Is the Pix key sent to WebFaz?
- No. The code is built in your browser.
- Does it need an amount?
- No. Without an amount, the payer types how much they want to pay.
